“The relationship that you build with your therapist is a very personal one and I was delighted to be offered the chance to meet Trish Utaboon nearly 2 years ago. Massage therapy had become a hugely important part of my life. I meet Trish at least once a month and spend an hour with her each time, I have a busy lifestyle where I work very long hours in my job, I play a lot of sport and have recently renovated a house. I found that the physical benefits as well as the mental benefits are equally as important as each other to me. I use the hour differently each time depending on my own mood, sometimes I use the time for silence, reflection and relaxation and sometimes we natter happily away during the massage. Both are as effective as each other. Trish and I will have a consultation before treatments and gauge perfectly what I will need that day. I trust her.
In terms of the massage skills, she is a brilliant. It’s a complete body experience but when I need a specific focus, she’s great at targeting that too. I always feel the physical benefits of it for the following days after the treatment. She is a hugely experience therapist who offers a wide range of treatments to suit your needs. I personally have experienced facials, full body massages and ear candling. All excellent.
For me, regular massage therapy is more than just a physical treat for the body, it’s very much part of my life and certainly helps my mental wellbeing. The benefits are endless and if, like me, you’re keen to find a little moment of calm in the hectic world, then Trish is someone that you should make contact with. When it becomes part of your life, you will see what I mean!”
Enjoy.
